Getting my body ready for summer

32yr old mom,working fulltime and trying to loose 5.5kg over 2months.
Lots of motivation needed.
My diet im trying to follow will be almost no carbs or sugar.Clean eating.Perhaps a few Herbalife meal replacement shakes.
30min Walking every night....maybe i will join a gym later on.

    Hiya,

    My advice is to don't try to cut all carbs from the beginning, cut 15% carbs every 2week, until 2-3months

    Ok will do.
    I only need to loose 5.5kg to be on goal weight
