Post pregnancy transformation.

Had my 1st baby almost 3 years ago and could not lose the weight. Eventually went for Kayla Itsines' guides and lost 30lbs but just looked skinny fat instead of the toned body type I was expecting from others' progress pics.

At the beginning of this year I started a plan with an online coach which had me lifting 4 days per week, eating more and tracking macros. I actually gained 7lbs in that time but built muscle and overall look a lot better and feel so much stronger. Don't pay attention to the scales!

    Also interested in knowing your online coach! It's always hard to weed through all the options to find a good coach and your results speak volumes :)
