Just wanted to say hello and join in on the myfitnesspal fun. I am looking to lose about 30 lbs. I want to do it in a healthy fashion and am in much needed motivation. I come from a small town where size doesn't matter and neither does health. I had always been interested in my well-being until I moved here, got pregnant, had a baby and now its time to get back into shape! My name is JB and am a mother, wife daughter, sister and SURVIVOR!

    Hello!!

    Im new too, i just joined again recently!

    So far on my own i have lost 10kgs! and im looking to lose another 10-15kgs before xmas!

    I have just joined my gyms 12 week challenge, which starts this saturday!
    so photos, weigh in, beep test, measurments! cant wait!

    we do 1 group fitness a week, 1 Personal Training session a week, (which i enjoy boxing!) then 3 gym sessions at your own time...

    I cannot wait, im hoping my legs look more toned and same with my arms, so when it gets to summer in a couple of months, i can feel trim and terrific and wear shorts or dresses without having to wear cardigans and stockings/tights!

    I just recently (2 days ago infact) started my new job, im now a receptionist for a real estate company.
    I have alot of tatttoos, so its hard because i need to cover them while working (to be respectful) though in this day in age, it should be more known to have them then to not have them... anyways, so in summer im not looking forward to the business attire of wearing full length shirts and pants. thank god for air con!

    anyways i want to look better, feel more confident, I was a big girl, still am chubby but am looking more toned, which is great, my stomach has lost inches, and is alot more toned now, my waist has lost about 10cms!

    focusing on my arms alot lately, so weights, pump classes, rowing at race speed, cross trainer, push ups,etc.
    Im currently lifting about 30-40kgs with my weights when doing pull press, and arm press's!
    toning my legs, i do alot of running, cycling, squats, lunges, and cross trainer too, i also take every oppertunity to walk, from work to the shops, from gym to the car park instead of underground car park, etc. I am trying to tone my legs by leg pressing over 80kgs! i used to be a professional state tennis player and am now looking to get back into that athlete body! toned arms, legs, stomach and fit and can run for hours!

    anyways enough of this blabber, just wanted to introduce myself and say hello!
