.5-2, depending on how much you have to lose and the calorie deficit you choose0

Depends if you intuitively eat at a deficit, and by how much of a deficit you're in.8

He's asking kg. You might be thinking lbs. Unless he is really big, 4.4 lbs a week is not a good goal.
.25 - 1kg per week. If you can get there with intuitive eating, congrats. I know I can't and need to count calories.5 -
To be honest, I think if intuitive eating is done right it would set you up to eat maintenance calories. Your body would intuitively request what it needs to keep up the status quo. Which means the loss would be 0.2

Sorry for the brain fart.

It all depends if you create a calorie deficit. It's not really intuitive to do that for most people.1

Times 2 weeks. That's about all the metric math I can do on a Sunday.1 -
Lots of good replies. I would also ask how good your "intuitive eating" is.
It took me over 2 years of MFPing to get to a point where I don't have to log anything and am able to maintain.2 -

While nutrition is important for body composition, health, and satiety, your calorie deficit will drive your weight loss.
Eat a balanced diet of mostly nutrient dense foods with some treats thrown in here and there if they make you happy, use a food scale, and read the forum stickies about how to properly log your intake.3 -
I'd say it really depends on the calorie density of what you eat "intuitively". If you eat a lot of fruits and veggies, minimize fat, meat, cheese, non-complex carbs, you can probably lose a kg. For higher weight loss, sadly you're just going to have to meal plan.0

-1 to +1 kg and anywhere in between. With intuitive eating without calorie counting you never know if you're eating too much or too little. In addition to that, how much you can lose depends on your current stats.1

OKay.
that's it.
No more posting for me before coffee. I got nothing right here today.5 -
I'd also say that if you're overweight your intuition about eating is probably not very good. I'd suggest counting calories instead.

No worries, I've had to ban myself from posting after 2 glasses of wine, usually later in the day than your coffee.
Cheers, h.3 -

She doesn't look heavy enough to lose 2 pounds a week, but who knows.1 -

And here I thought I was off because I said that before my post-working-third-shift nap1 -
.5 to 1 kg per week depending on how low you are willing to go on calories.
Dont use intuition - use calories counting and weighing - thats the definite way to make it work.

I thought I could maintain on intuitive eating, that's why I once again have 50 lbs. to lose. Our brains can lie.1

Didn't you weigh meanwhile? 50lbs is a lot not to notice.1
