    you just click on their profile and under their name and pic to the right side it should have an "Add friend" button. just click on that and you should be good to go !

    ok i feel stupid asking but i will not know if i dont ask ..how do i view some ones profile
    like my friend has one but i cant figure how to look up her profile..lol

    Find a post she has made and click on her name abover her pic. HTH.

    So there's no way to search for your friends?

    I read in the tech help section if you know their user name.



    Put their user name after the website.

    For example,

    www.myfitnesspal.com/heal4444
