Hi guys,
I used to join in with monthly weight loss challenges where we'd set our own goals and support eachother, which was really motivating, haven't seen one for a while so I thought I'd start one.

Successes / struggles this week: Trying to jump start everything. I know the above goal is not realistic. In 8 weeks I'll be lucky to lose 8 pounds, especially over the holidays. An effort to lose 13 is probably setting myself up to fail.1 -

Doing KETO and stuck at this weight for 3 weeks. Slightly went off a week ago Saturday, but all week my macros have been good. Sticks registering trace amounts of ketones, but scale not budging. . . UGH!2 -

Just restarted. So many restarts. Need to lay off the sugar and fast food (Starbucks is my weakness ) Will try walking more at airports instead of riding trains, climbing stairs rather than taking elevators and sleeping early. Will give it my best this time!

Thanks for starting the challenge. It's the first one I've participated in here. I do intermittent fasting (8 hour eating windows) and keep my carbs under 100g. I do great during the week but splurge too much on the weekends. I am working on increasing my water intake and getting exercise in. My weight loss is very slow, so I'll be very happy if I can lose 6 lbs. by Christmas!1 -
