Hi guys,
I used to join in with monthly weight loss challenges where we'd set our own goals and support eachother, which was really motivating, haven't seen one for a while so I thought I'd start one.

    Successes / struggles this week: Trying to jump start everything. I know the above goal is not realistic. In 8 weeks I'll be lucky to lose 8 pounds, especially over the holidays. An effort to lose 13 is probably setting myself up to fail.

    Doing KETO and stuck at this weight for 3 weeks. Slightly went off a week ago Saturday, but all week my macros have been good. Sticks registering trace amounts of ketones, but scale not budging. . . UGH!

    Successes / struggles this week: Weight loss stalled for 3 weeks. Cheated 2 weeks ago and can't seem to get back into ketosis even though my macros are good. Carbs under 15 to try to get jump started. Using 1 packet of truvia a day. UGHHH!!

    Just restarted. So many restarts. Need to lay off the sugar and fast food (Starbucks is my weakness >:) ) Will try walking more at airports instead of riding trains, climbing stairs rather than taking elevators and sleeping early. Will give it my best this time!

    Successes / struggles this week: Found out I was misdiagnosed about pain I was having in my knees so I am able to exercise more than I've thought!! Struggling keeping motivation this week because the scale hasn't been moving much at all. Have to learn not to comfort eat better.

    Successes / struggles this week: I need to get more sleep but I love the quiet late at night. My main exercise is walking. I need to add some other exercise to tone up other areas (tummy, c-section and two other abdominal surgeries have made this a problem area, lol)

    Thanks for starting the challenge. It's the first one I've participated in here. I do intermittent fasting (8 hour eating windows) and keep my carbs under 100g. I do great during the week but splurge too much on the weekends. I am working on increasing my water intake and getting exercise in. My weight loss is very slow, so I'll be very happy if I can lose 6 lbs. by Christmas!
