I started on this journey at the end of March. Ive been up and down the scale my whole life, but this is the smallest Ive been since high school many many years ago. Wow how the years fly by lol. I read the success stories a lot because it motivates me to keep going. Im hoping that I can do the same. This site has been a Godsend to me. Whenever I feel like throwing in the towel I come here and get the motivation I need! Please feel free to add me, I can never have to many supportive friends here!
I have another 50 pounds or so to lose, but Im taking it one pound at a time.

    Thank you! I had a fall and injury in early March and learned my blood pressure was very high. That was the point that I decided to change me. I'm off the meds my Dr put me on for the blood pressure now. I'm going to be 50 next year and I'm determined to start my next half century healthy
