1000 Squat Challenge!

Anyone on board with doing 1000 squats, with before and after pics of the butt? I'm going to be doing this myself. I hate the "before", that's kind of the reason I want to do this challenge, so I'll be posting my before/ after at the same time... later on from now.

But if you're brave enough to share current butt, feel free! I don't think there should be a time limit. Just trying to get in those squats as often as possible and keep track of how many you went through. If you did 25/ day it would take 40 days. My aim is for 25/ day then work my way up as I can tolerate more. So you know, you guys do you, though. I'm going to log my count of squats on this thread, so can everyone else.

    Yeah I like this one. I'm in for 100 per day with my morning yoga, with 50 front, 25 side and 25 curtsy.

    Hi! Sorry, I'd say just do it! Log up your squats. :)

    And yeah, you guys can do any kind you want, this wasn't meant to be super strict in any way. I'm just interested in people joining on and us showing or talking about results to encourage others.

    Okay, so I missed the weekend, was just an especially busy one for me, but I did 50 yesterday. I would've liked to do 75 to make up for all the weekend, but hey, at least I found out I can do 50 without killing my glutes, so I also did 50 today, too. Hopefully I can keep doing the 50 before my cardio. :)

    And maybe at some point toss in those other 25 so I'm not at a weird number, haha.
