Happy Sunday, everyone!
Spent the morning fishing again, but didn't have any luck. That's alright, a bad day fishing is still better than a good day working!
All week I played with 209. Up and down the decimal scale. Then, yesterday, to my surprise, I saw 208.6! This morning was 208 even. Funny how that works.
As of today, that is 25 lbs gone! 35 since my unofficial start!
It won't show in the average for another week or so. I am still a hair over 24 lost in the average. I will probably fluctuate here for a bit, which is expected.
Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
Lowest since 1999: 195.
Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.
MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233
Goals: ONEderland before the end of 2017.
180 in however long it takes, and I'll evaluate at that time. Haven't been there since my early 20s.

Not sure I trust the weigh-in this morning. I was feeling dehydrated and it seems low. Hopefully, I can consolidate it this coming week, if so. I continued to track everything this week and was reasonable. However, there was various free food at work all week and at a workshop on Saturday and I didn't resist as well as I would have liked. A good wake up call for the holiday season5 -

I'm going to log my weight in on Wednesday because I was a little constipated this past week, and I didn't want to log in my weight at the time. I am up a bit this morning, that is normal for me. My progress graph looks like a saw blade, but it slopes lower over time. I used to be upset on the upticks, but now it's just how it is.
My body hates letting go of the weight. That's how I got here, so I just have to be patient and keep within my calorie goal and eventually it goes down.
Hang in there, we'll get there!
