If I feel good, should I just keep dieting and exorcising really hard?

That's extremely aggressive. You should be seeing it slow down a lot now after the initial water weight loss.
What are your stats and how much are you eating a day? Do you eat some/all of your exercise calories back?5 -
20 pounds? Are you trolling us OP. People here take this kind of stuff seriously. If you indeed lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks you are either like 500 pounds or more, you didn't eat anything at all in 2 weeks or you are just trolling to get a reaction.
I knew a girl who ended up losing 16 pounds in 2 weeks , She stopped eating completely and ended up with anorexia.4 -
No. It will catch up with you.0

A deficit of 5,000 calories per day.....hmmm? If I stopped eating completely that would still be less than 2,000/day. Maybe your scale needs replaced.4

Thats more than what i lost in 3 months. Try to not lose more than 1-2lbs a week.2

or its a lot of water weight if OP was very heavy to start with...2 -
Thats not enough information for a recommendation. Its almost certainly not sustainable at that level.
Keep dieting and excercising but dont get disheartened if that level of weight loss doesnt continue. The important thing is to establish behavioral patterns and good habits you can keep up for long enough to hit your target ( and hopefully continue after).

after having my children, i lost100 lbs in 2 months. i was exercising at least 4 hours per day on an elliptical and eating right at or under 1000 calories per day. its deff possible to lose 10 lbs per week. so i dont doubt the op post. but i would deff say slow it down. without any info, we don't know how much you weigh, how many calories your consuming,a ndhow much and often of exercise your getting. i would say a healthy amount to lose would be around 2-3 lbs per week.6

Sounds great. I especially like how you have provided absolutely no context or background info.8

That sounds more harmful than anything. If you provide us with more info, we can advise you better.. there is nothing to go on.1

Of that 100 pounds, how much of it was the after birth weight you typically lose the first week/s after birth. I remember I gained 60 pounds during pregnancy and lost 30 pounds the first week. Then I had to work hard to get the rest off.7 -
Silly post - hope no one is taking that seriously.3

Typical post and run, then sit back and watch the hand-wringing <smh>4

Why do people even comment on these? Just report and move on.3
