Can only jog 3 minutes, is that horrible?

The first time I ran in earnest, I felt like I was going to die. It gets easier if you stick with it. Also, running is especially hard.0

Doing fine. As you lose, your time will increase. Stay at 3min for a week then push for 4 the next week. Etc etc. add walking between bouts of jogging. Maybe you can job 3 min. Walk 10. Jog 3. That's what they do in my kids karate class. The walk, run, walk, run. As the kids gain more energy, they decrease walk and increase run.0

As someone said to me when I was starting out: "A mile walking or a mile running-- it's still a mile either way!" Three minutes of jogging is fantastic, but focus more on endurance/distance, then build up the speed0
