I have the Himalayan pink rock salt on my table right now
does it taste any different than the regular people salt?
Yes but I think it is because it is in bigger chunks. I use it on everything now. It has more health benefits than table salt as well.

Thanks for keeping this going i appreciate all yalls support lmao oh and for the record yea im annoyin ppl simply because how alot of ppl who were on this thread decided they were going to treat some of us new ppl on mfp simply cause we were new....yall need some structure in your lives instead of coming to a fitness forum with the intent to either bash or humiliate someone.....9

Im not sensitive nor in my feelings about it on a personal level....takes alot more than this to bother me.....but when ppl on my friends list come to me and say they wont interact on my thread anymore because of how they were treated becomes a problem for me5
