HI all. I modified the cheesy chicken recipe a tad.


Great Value (Walmart) - Ready to Cook All Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 16 oz (112 g) 440
Birds Eye - Pepper Stir-Fry, 5 cup 125
Rotel - Mild Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, 1 1/4 Cup 63
Bush's - Black Beans - Seasoned Recipe, 1 1/2 cup 330
Food Lion - Fat Free Sour Cream, 14 Tbsp 175

Throw in the crockpot and add some green tabasco and you are done!

This makes four servings: 283 each

Before I serve it I like to throw t under the broiler a bit ( I like to brown my food )

    Where's the cheese? Or was that what you modified? You took the cheese out of Crock Pot Cheese Chicken.

    Guess I should call it Creamy Chicken....yes I took out the cream cheese and used sour cream...LOL

    This is in my crock pot right now. I added onions and 1/2 a package of reduced fat cream cheese. I'm not a fan of sour cream so I'll get my yumminess from the cream cheese. I'm sooo ready for dinner.
