Not sure if this where this topic belongs... I use to eat a lot that's why i came on here but now that i have gotten use to the 1200 cals a day and im always just bit over or close too it.. But the last 2 days im just not feeling that hungry??? is this normal or what is going on with me?? do others feel this way and you do get your eating back on track??

Eat more often. Like 6 meals a day smaller of course. I do better when I do that instead of 3 larger meals. It also keeps your metabolism up, so you burn more calories!!!

I go through similar phases. I don't think it matters too much if you aren't quite hitting that 1200 every single day. If you can't eat as much, try making what you do eat higher in calories. Personally I'm not a fan of force feeding yourself just to get your calories in. Good luck with your journey, and your wedding! :-)0
