I am enjoying it already. It feels fun to be able to track my calorie intake and exercise and see at the end of the day a calorie deficit. I feel like this is going to be very rewarding. It is also good motivation to exercise every day because you get a bigger calorie budget if you do. My goal is to lose 35 lbs by losing 2 pounds per week. I am a 48 year old man, 6'1" and 223. Does the 2 lbs. per week seem unrealistic?

as long as you are losing every week it means that you are less every time ..the slower the better as long as its steady..Kim:)0
