Brown Rice Long Grain serving question.

I am useing, Essential Everyday and saids serving size 1/4 cup dry and servings per container about 10. I just wanted to make sure it make 3 or 4 servings after cooking 1 cup of it. Thanks

If it says that a serving is 1/4 cup dry and you cook 1 cup, then you will have prepared four servings.0

It absorbs water while it is cooking so the same amount of rice a different weight once it is cooked. But you can weigh cooked rice, you'll just want to make sure that the database entry you're using is also for cooked rice.0
