Anybody using a Bellicon Rebounder? Or any rebounder?

Just took my Bellicon rebounder back out (previously had a cheap rebounder but this one is the bomb!) Just wondered if anyone else uses rebounding for exercise. Was walking faithfully, but it's been raining for 3 days so guess I'll be jumping!

    I have a Jump Sport - I like it, it's a fun workout.

yes, it is a fun workout! - don't those also have bungee cords and not springs? Bungee cords make a world of difference- love my Bellicon

Yes, they have bungees. Nice & quiet.

I have thought of getting one of these. I used one at physical therapy last year and was surprised how much I liked it. Do you have on of those tall handles on it or use it without a bar?

I originally had the handle on mine. It was an add-on charge, but I thought I would need it. Now I've taken the handle off (mine rebounder is small) so I am more limited with what I can do. It's stored under a pool table when not in use, so when I use it the pool table is right there (to put my hand down) if I need it.

I never had the handles- I jump, jog, jumping jacks, twists, etc. -put on headphones- it's a nice change from other stuff- I know Bellicon has tons of videos on you tube as well- if you get one, I'd suggest one with Bungee cords rather than springs

Hi! Just got a Bellicon for Christmas! Rebounded years ago and have always wanted one. I was wondering how you all log it under exercise? I just have used aerobics or low impact aerobics.
