Is it made out of loofah? I guess that would give it a rather spongy texture. :#

I'm glad I'm not the only one who is wondering what a loofah loaf would taste like.

Just yesterday I was thinking about the fact that I am immediately suspicious of any food product that has the word "delight" in its name.

I dunno, it looks kinda like regular bread. I'm not a bread aficionado though.. Why do you want to try it?

Considering fodmap is an exclusion diet how can anything be "low fodmap"?

If you are on the fodmap diet you are eating low fodmap foods. FODMAPs are hard for some people to digest, at least that's how I understand it.

Tastes like bread. They had samples. Are you low FODMAP?
For those confused, Baker's delight is a bakery chain here

Yup, just like bread. There's better bread, it didn't excite me at all, but if you have issues with regular bread then it would suit you perfectly
