What are some good recipes for Halloween?

I'm thinking the kind that either look like or mimic textures, like Brain Gelatin. Or something you really enjoy this time of year.

Cauliflower looks like brains lol.. I always called it a brain veggie when I was a kid snubbing my nose at it. Take a head of cauliflower, coat it in some EVOO, salt and pepper, and bake it until it's done. Some people like cauliflower with a little hot sauce (buffalo wing sauce) so you could add some after the fact to make it look bloody haha. I may do this for dinner Halloween night.

The Taste of Home website always has great Halloween ideas.

I have seen a platter with a meatloaf form into a heart and ribs on either side. It was kinda gory looking but I am sure delicious.
