I’ve eaten KETO for over 2 years, lost 40# early on and held it off until the past couple months when I let carbs creep back in and regained 15#, ready to tighten up on it to get that 15# back off and finish out 2017 strong. Dusted off the free weights and treadmill too. Back to drinking lots of water and PTK.0 -

Successes / struggles this week: I am seriously retaining water the past few days. I’ve eaten too much sodium this weekend but have stayed within calorie goals. I measured this week and lost an inch from my waist and an inch from my hips. It was a great week for me.

I started a new job in September so gave myself some slack while I adjusted but now that I am finding my feet I am ready for a challenge. So set your meal goals to 5-6 macro balanced meals and then try to get all of them into your day! I Love to eat so i shoot for 5 meals a day so i never really feel hungry1 -

Successes / struggles this week: It really looked like I wasn't going to see any progress with yesterday's weigh in. I was stuck at 160 all week and then Saturday the scale said 161. It was kind of discouraging, but I stuck with it and just ate what I knew I should and Sunday morning I saw the number I wanted. Haha I ran 7km for the first time this week! Slowly building my distance up. I'd like to be able to do 10km by the end of the year.1 -

I started MFP in 2015 and lost 35 pounds. Unfortunately, I've gained almost all of it back. My struggle is snacking and activity. I retired in 2016 and am not as active as I used to be. I'm hoping to change that starting this week.
