Quick tone up excercises

Does anyone have any tips for quickly toning up? Doesn't need to be drastic, just enough to make my clothes fit a little better due to a wedding on Friday (my calendar didn't alert me to start one week shred last week

In a week, you're more likely to add size from water retention from new exercise than you are to "tone up," whatever you might mean by that.2

Yeah, that's not a thing. Buy some Spanx.1

Lose fat. But that's not going to happen to a great extent either unfortunately.2 -
If only there was such a thing. Two week shredding? Where do it sign up.1

It doesn't need to be drastic, just a sort of quick fix so my clothes are a little looser that's all1

probably not, you'll probably retain more water.0 -

The quickest fix would be going to the shops and buying a different outfit!6 -

cut out carbs for the week. but be aware that you will then be really bloated if you then eat carbs at the wedding...1 -
if "toning up"/losing weight could be done safely, quickly and easily in one week don't you think everyone would just do that? rather than this whole longterm lifestyle change thing?3

Spanx arm tights

There's no exercise that is going to change your arms at all between now and one week from now.1 -
As others have said... nothing meaningful is going ot happen in a week. Find some different/more flattering clothing if you can, and if it's that big of a deal to you. You could probably reduce water retention (don't work out this week, reduce carbs and sodium intake) a bit which might help in some areas, but probably not enough to be noticeable by others.0

5 days? As in this coming Friday? Yeah, nothing going to happen to make your clothes fit better, even if you did whoosh off some water by lowering carbs.
Cardio, especially if you don't already exercise, is going to add to the problem as you'll be retaining water for muscle repair.
You should have started in January really. Or bought a size up.2
