It is almost November and I have loved the October Step challenge so here is Novembers.
Challenge for October was 10k a day, so for November, I am aiming for 11k everyday!
Yours can be lower but shoot for a little higher than your average!!

This sounds like a plan! I’m in! I usually do about 10000 steps a day.0

Ooof, my goal has been 7,500 5 days/wk. 8k every day will be a real challenge for me.1

I am in. My normal is about 4,000 a day (desk job)
I will aim for 5,000 or 35,000 a week. I try to get more steps in during the weekend.2 -

I'm in for November, and I am going to do 5,000/day. I have a desk job, and I normally end up around 4,000 on the weekdays.1

I am in I am going to set a goal for 2,000/day and see what happens. I just started doing stretches/exercising and I actually passed out and have been very lightheaded so I am going to start slow and work my way up. By the end of the month I want to be at 5,000.2

Hi guys! I love these fitness challenges. They push you further in your fitness goal all the while making it fun. My average is 9500/wk but I too will be aiming for 11k. See you all!0

Joining this challenge for the first time. I am recovering from a brain operation so my step goal is feeble but I will work on increasing it. I have more surgery on the 13th nov too x I am going for 3000 a day from now until my next surgery and then 1500 post op x
