What I've learned is that attempting to lose 5 pounds is HARD!! whew! But worth the effort...
Being that November is my favorite month of the year, and I hope this will be the month that I'll work harder more than ever before!

I'm setting my goal at 5lbs, but I'll be thrilled with 3lbs. I always gain in November and I want to break that this year.1 -
I just ended a weight loss challenge with my coworkers that ran from July 31st-Oct 31st and lost exectly 20.0 pounds. Originally, 145 lbs was my ultimate goal, but now that I’m there and have found myself living a healthy and happier life, I’m convinced that I can continue on my journey of healthy diet and daily exercise.
