I've completely fallen of the diet wagon this week. Book-ended by parties I decided to fill the middle of the week with crisps (and chocolate and cake and ice-cream). BUT I'm still on MFP, I still need to lose more weight and I don't want to be back in the 180s by new year.
Fresh start tomorrow...... I promise to ignore the chocolate fudge birthday cake that's sitting in the kitchen3 -

Even though I didn't get down to 155Ibs completely, I'm super happy I achieved a 5Ib loss as planned. I'm surprised too, what with family birthdays and many meals out- I expected the damage to be a lot worse. Here's to the next challenge for December!
