    11/8-11 (TOM) Still able to keep weigh-down...Miracle!

    (End of TOM) 11/11: 204.2 yay!!

    Thought it was going to be much harder but I guess having a 3 month old son and breastfeeding is actually helping me. I miss cookies and alfajores (Argentinean cookies with dulce de leche and cover with chocolate) but I'm keeping myself out of temptation playing with my son...
    I just want my pre pregnancy body back and maybe lose a bit more because here is almost summer....
    I use google to convert from kg to Lbs hope is ok.
    Starting weight - 75,5 kg (166.44 lbs)
    November Goal - 70 (154.3lbs) (lose 5,5 kg)
    Ultimate goal - weigh 60-65 kg

    7th- 216.0 i do weigh in daily because i like to keep track. The scale has sat on this now for 5 days even being in my calorie goal. So frustrating.

    14th - 214.9 Once again im at a stall weight loss wise. When comparing to last week it is a slight loss so i should be thankful but its getting a lot hard for that weight to come off the last month or so.

    The losses are tiny and it's going slow, but at least the scale is sort of showing progress. I bought a blender to make green juice and I'm hoping that will help.

    I weigh daily too, and average weekly. I post my average each Sunday. Averaging shows a trend, whereas a single daily weight at intervals just shows a small snapshot.

    Hang in there, the scale will move again. I was stuck for a good while but I am seeing movement again.

    I also weight daily but record weekly weight as logged weight. A great app I found is 'Happy Scale' when you input daily it averages your true weight :) Nice little motivator
