    Not as much weight loss as I hoped, but my body is getting used to eating less! I'm able to get by with only a side salad for a meal now!!!

    Making progress... 1 day at a time. Sure don't like tracking calories or exercising (both of which I detest)...but have found that without tracking, the weight creeps back on 1 pound at a time! I lost 45 pounds in 2011 and found the one thing that worked for me, then, was to avoid recipes like the plague. If you want an apple, keep it simple and eat an apple. Don't make apple pie or apple crisp. If you want a potato, eat a potato (plain with seasoning) and don't turn it into scalloped potatoes or a loaded baked potato with cheese. The simpler the foods consumed, the less calories and less mess in the kitchen to be cleaned up.

    Alright, second weigh in and I’m quite surprised but excited at the same time. Been really cutting with I eat in half and no alcohol!!! I think it’s working!
