Hi everyone! I'm new to this and I'm hoping that it is going to help me. I'm trying to gain weight and so far I have had no luck. So I'm trying to take in more calories and exercise regularly. I'm not good at doing this kind of stuff, so I need motivation and good friends. If you have any ideas please help.

My daughter has an issue maintaining a healthy weight. She just can't stay up there. I encourage her to eat every couple hours to try and gain or just not lose weight. She has medical issue. I know it's hard but stay positive.0
