I recently found this ice cream and it claims that it only has 49 calories per 100g . It tastes awesome and really fills you up ! But it seems like its too good to be true. Can it be possible that it actually does contain only 49 cals ? Here's its label :w8vygxvh0iwo.jpg

    It looks like they're using skimmed milk and sugar alcohols, so yes it's possible. Similar to Halo Top or Arctic Zero that you'd find in the States.

    Looking at the ingredients, I can see how they can say that - it doesn't have a lot of substance.
