posture

I have terrible posture.I hear that loosing weight can help in that department and I am hoping there is some truth to that. Has anyone experienced this result? Or does anyone know of any exercise ( not necessarily a workout) that can help me improve my posture?

    Strength training in combination with losing weight will work miracles... I used to have lower back pain and then started training and now that my muscles are more "correct", the pain is gone!

    i'd recommend yoga and/or pilates to strengthen your stomach and back muscles.
