    Steph... I am so glad you had a proper cry b/c I am having a proper celebration for you! I hope that you hold onto this whole thread and all the wondeful words that people offer! You are a strong, amazing woman who earned thiks day, week, heck a month of celebration at your milestone! Then... let us know the next mark/goal you are aiming for. You are kicking butt and I love that we are sharing this journey together. Your post brought tears to my eyes b/c I am so dang happy for you! Savor every minute of these feelings and realise how much this savoring and the taste of victory has replaced what we used to savor and taste! You rock!!

    Thanks everyone! I know everyone says it, but you really really can do it. I quit 100s of diets in the past and dreaded the thought of any exercise. Its the best thing I have ever done.
