Tomatoes. Always was and always will be.

Same. Even before logging and watching my calorie intake I would buy a pint of cherry tomatoes and eat some on the way home from grocery shopping, then snack on the rest throughout the day. I seem to also incorporate tomatoes into a lot of the food I cook.

Pickles, sunflower seeds, sugar snap peas and grapes

Sorry, I know this response is SO two pages ago, but sunflower seeds are actually pretty high in calories....

Sugar free jelly (jello to the Americans...)

And zucchini. Zucchini finds its way in to nearly everything I make

Ditto. I've been on a huge zucchini kick and finally broke down and got a spiralizer. Holy heck, some tomato sauce, S & P and you're slurping in 10 minutes or less!

mushrooms, pickles, popcorn, veggies raw or cooked (carrots, celery, cauliflower and broccoli), yellow squash and zucchini as well.

confess I need something on the raw celery like cream cheese or peanut butter (but it fits in the cals)

The world of seafood is surprisingly low calorie when not drowned in butter. I particularly enjoy grilled lobster, shrimp, fish, sauteed scallops, steamed crab, clams, etc. It can be a real treat.

A cut up Apple sprinkled with roasted cinnamon. Warm it up in the microwave for 20-30 seconds and it’s like eating apple pie without all the calories.
