I shredded my workout this morning. Trainer said I set the bar. Everyone was watching me.

    True. I think I was in the bathroom at the time of both of these occurrences.

    Kung Foo Fighting in a small bathroom requires mad skills, especially after a hot shower with a damp floor.

    Well I shredded my bathroom routine while I was in there. I really set the bar. Couldn’t even flush. It was *kitten* awesome. I was so inspired that I instantly broke out into kung foo fighting.
