Help with weight gain please.

Hey there,
I’m having a bit of a battle with my weight at the moment, I have a high metabolism and a very physical outdoor job, Lately i have been struggling to keep my calorie intake up and have unfortunately lost weight. Id love some suggestions for great foods that are easy to eat and healthy but significant in calories. I welcome any suggestions at all please

Or stirred through vegetables, rice and chicken (thigh) for a quick satay... Yum!3 -
olive oil, dip bread in it, roast veggies in it, fry chicken in it, splash it on your salads, add nuts and seeds to stirfrys, salads and soups, nut butters, avocado's and of course dark chocolate!1

Ive been using my blender a lot lately to make my own smoothies. I add quick oats to mine and can get up 700 calories depending on the other ingredients. Drinking it is a whole lot easier than eating it.

Make sure to get enough protein. If you can’t get enough cals in from real food. The old standbys are chicken, potatoes, tuna, rice, peanut butter milk cheese etc. all easy and calorie dense and can be prep’d ahead of time. Then shakes it is and any of the standard weight gainers will supply you with what you need. Don’t worry about cals each day. Think of your calories as a weekly goal. As long as your close most days I’m sure you can go over the others to make up for it. But your going to have to dial in the diet to reach your goals. Btw I hit 3000 cals in 2 meals. Working my way to OMD hopefully.0

Chocolate, peanut butter, ice cream, and avocado. I managed to gain weight unintentionally by eating a lot of those foods lol.0
