Tired all the time

I just started. I do metabolic aftershock 15 minutes three days week and walk 2 miles 4 days. I work 3 ten hour days and two 5 hour days. I work at a desk job so not physically active during work. I keep thinking it's hormones as I am aging. 55 years. What's everyone do for this.

Sleep more. Eat enough. Adjust your macros: eat at least some carbs. Work out enough, but not too much.0

Agreed, sleep study might not be a bad idea, and you should definitely have one if you snore at all. Blood work would be wise too. Ferritin, vitamin D, B12, full thyroid panel, etc.0
