    Oh dear!!! In retrospect for the first weigh in I was probably a bit dehydrated so was weighing light and that combined with having a cold this week hasn't made for a good weigh in this morning! Onwards and upwards (but hopefully downwards on the scales!)

    * Started the November challenge feeling really ill. Thought I had a really bad 'flu, then the doctor diagnosed acute bronchitis and acute asthma.

    As well as feeling extremely hungry while battling the bronchitis (appetite increased), I've been prescribed a high-dose CorticoSteroid blast therapy - and one of the side effects is it also increases appetite - and induces water retention :neutral:

    No weight loss evident this week, and I suspect there won't be any further loss until the steroids and antibiotics and everything have left my system and I fully recover from the illness - and get back to eating under my daily 1100-1200 calorie ceiling.

    So a bit of a hiatus in the weight loss journey, meaning I probably won't be as light as I want to be, by Christmas.

    Onwards and downwards!

    Already feeling more comfortable being 8 lbs lighter. Can’t wait to reach my goal. It’s hard but I’m determined and I have a graduation ceremony on the 17th November and a Christmas party on the 16th December so I want to feel good on those occasions and look forward to having photos taken rather than dreading it!

    November Starting weight - 59.3kg - 130.46lbs - I really lost the plot with eating for the last 2 months, but havent given up yet. Hope to be 50kg by xmas.

    November goal: 55kg - 121.25lbs

    Notes: Changed my weigh in days to Sundays, Mondays I'm just a little too busy. I had some ben and jerry's ice cream and jamaican food last night and I have NO REGRETS it was great. Although my weight is still hovering around 150 I'm okay with that, personally I'm happier with the way I look in the mirror these days so cheers to me. I'll work harder next week!

    I'm going to give this another shot. :) Last month I didn't do so well. I didn't loose any weight at all, ended the month the same as I started... I am remotivating myself and have set some goals. This week's goal is to not eat/snack after 8:30pm. Also I am going to try to exercise every day. I really have to switch something up, so I can continue to loose weight...

    Not eating after 8pm is one of the main reasons why I've lost 36lbs this year. Try it. It can be challenging but so worth it.

    Did find fine on the eating and exercising this week and I'm happy with the results. It doesn't get better than that :) Congratulations to everyone who is happy with their week and hopefully next week will go better for those that aren't happy with this week!
