How you doing?
Hey guys! I haven’t really used the community part of this but trying it out. I’ve been to the gym everyday last week it’s now day 8 or diet and exercise. I want to get a scale, but I’m scared it’ll make me discouraged, anyone have that problem?

weigh yourself and then forget about the scale for awhile.
instead, focus on how your clothes are fitting
