S/O carbs post. how to change settings

hi! i have always wished my carb goal was lower and my protein goal higher, but i just read replies in the other post that you can change those.
can someone tell me how?
i see diet/fitness profile and diary settings in settings but don't see where i can change carbs and protein goals. thanks! i'd really like to have those as meaningful goals.

    Go to the "Goals" tab at the top, and it will let you set your protein, carbs, fat to whatever ratio you want!

    you will have to do a manual change when making the change, then you can change the percentages on what you need. I did that for my protein as it was not nearly enough. Good luck!
