Thai Chicken Cakes
Dice two large skinless chicken breasts, place in blender and add 1 garlic clove, i small onion, 1 green chilli(all roughly chopped), pinch of salt and pepper. Blend until well mixed and shape into six small cakes using hands.
Heat 2 tsp olive oil in a pan and fry the cakes on a medium heat for 6-8 minutes, turning once. Great served with hot chilli sauce.
Easy, yummy recipe for 306 caloris per serving (2-3 cakes per serving), 4g carbs, 43g protein, 12g fat, 3g sat fat.
Enjoy!!

is the chicken already cooked when you put it in the blender?0

No if you put it in raw it blends more easily, but dont make the cakes too thick or the chicken wont cook!0
