Weight stopped

My weight just stopped on 72kgs after losing 3 kgs. But from last 2 weeks it stopped on 72kgs. I didn't changed my diet plan. And also doing excersie twice a week.

    Two weeks isn't that long. How are you measuring your calorie intake?

    I was losing 1kg per week and then it just stopped. On scale :)

    Weight loss fluctuates. Two weeks is nothing. Make sure you're logging your intake accurately and stay the course.

    If you have just begun dieting you probably had an initial loss that was largely water. If you are doing a low carb diet this is even more common. As fat loss catches up and water rebalances it is not uncommon to see no loss for a short period. That doesn't mean you are not losing fat. Keep going, it will work if you are eating less than you are burning.

    Don't listen to that advice. It's about calories in versus calories out. As long as you're eating less than you're burning, it doesn't matter how many times a week you exercise (or IF you exercise). It doesn't matter what time of day you work out or if you're working out on an empty stomach. That's all about how it makes YOU feel and how it fits into YOUR schedule.
