Calories -10lbs to lose

Hi, I lost pregnancy weight using MFP a number of years ago. I put on more than I was comfortable with over the last couple of years and am now wanting to lose 10-15lbs. I have been weighting everything I eat/drink and logging (including recipes) for around 6 weeks now. I started at 152.8 and am now 146lbs. I am female, 32 and 5 foot 5.
My question is from reading the other posts, am I losing too quickly? I like losing this quickly, however don't want my body at risk of being unhealthy. At the moment my calories are around 1450 per day. I don't 'exercise' per say (gym etc) but I regularly walk 5 miles in the mornings with the dog, trampoline with my son and I have ponies so mucking out fields, shifting hay etc too. I put myself as lightly active-if I don't do a long walk I tend to get in around 7000 steps min but some days can be over 20,000. Any thoughts welcome.
Oh, I am also vegetarian and have coeliac disease so cannot have gluten. I have upped my protein and now get my 20% per day.

Set yourself to lose 0.5 pounds a week on the goals section of MyFitnessPal and eat the calories suggested on mfp. Also eat back at least half of the calories burned from working out, and adjust as needed to 25% if you desire. I noticed Fitbit kinda overestimates my burn, so I don't eat all of my extra calories.
Good luck!0 -
That's a pound a week and is fine.0

Thanks all. I have lost it fairly steadily-only 1lb in the first week.
Am I exercising to much?!? That would surprise me!0 -
Why the concern over exercise? You say don't exercise "per se" but are worried you do too much?0

No. You have a physically active lifestyle which is ideal and awesome!
You can stay with your current rate of loss if it's working for you and you're not hungry. I'm guessing with that level of activity you're eating more than 1450 and that's why you're not hungry which is perfectly fine.
If you want more food you can drop your goal to .5 lb/wk or you can stay where you are.
Nice job overall.0 -

Sorry, that was in response to someone replying questioning the 'woo' response. It confused me. I don't feel I do too much at all...0
