Hello!!

Hey there, I'm a college student looking to eat better so that I can gain weight and finally fill out my frame.

I used to practically starve myself and it's take me a couple years to get to a point where I'm making an effort to nourish my body. I have been 125lbs for awhile but I want to kick that up to 140 (just 15 lbs). I'm somewhat active (though it lacks a plan since I'm in workout classes, and we do different things sometimes) but I figure this is the perfect time to get my diet in order first.
