I'm new - trying to lose about 22 pounds and have been struggling on my own. I liked the sound of this as I can choose treats and do exercise. I already go running and walking my (big) dog regularly, so am hoping to up it a bit and looking for tips about the best exercise regimes, etc. I'm a veggie and just would like to hear other people have been successful doing it this way! :smiley:
