I though I could do this without the MFP community and boy was I wrong.....turns out I need the support of good people on here to keep me on the straight and narrow. Help!

I’ll give a nudge or two if you stray from the “straight and narrow”. I’ve been away so long my active friends are...well...no longer active. I’m aiming for consistency and building a healthier me for my wife and kids.
