I'm doing a 3 day BAB program Tue/Fri/Sun, today's recovery day. So all I'm doing is making sure I'm getting the necessary protein without overshooting calories.

Did my last leg day of this strength block before deloading next week, so got in some pretty heavy deadlifts and pause sqauts.

Just started going to the gym - today was day 4 and I added my first weight lifting routine. It was very short and used 3lb dumbbells but it's a start!

Just finished chest and triceps with a healthy dose of PT for the shoulders, rotator cuff full tear surgery 5 months ago. Feels great to be getting back to something like normal.

I haven't made up my mind - today was my husband's birthday so we skipped the gym. Tomorrow should be a cross country running day but we may make up the gym day instead, in which case it will be abs wheel, bosu ball stuff, squats, hip thrusts, push-ups, dumbbell press, lat pulldowns and probably some accessory stuff while waiting for equipment to be free.

Today is an active rest day for me. I had physical therapy this morning, mostly hip flexor exercises plus stim and deep-tissue massage.

Later I think I’ll go hop on the rower and do 2000 or 3000m depending on how I feel.
