Hellooo! I'm in need of some motivation:D
Am 5ft 10 and currently weigh just above 13 stone. I have a gym membership and go 3 to 4 times a week however I'm running out of excersizes to do and am struggling with the nutrition part of everything as it's just easier to under eat if anyone could help that would be really cool

Hello @Jacket696969 I use a program called Jefit to track my exercises. It has a lot of routines built into it or you can make your own. Might be a nice program to get if you are getting stale on exercises. Or I am sure there are others out there also0
