The best weekend of my life

Options
So after finding out I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been and starting to try and be abit healthier, my amazing boyfriend asked me to be his wife!!!!

This resulted in ALOT of food and EVEN MORE alcohol over the last weekend.

I’m struggling now to keep on track during celebrations and when I wasn’t motivated in the first place.

Congratulations :) I would think having a wedding to prepare for would be good motivation to lose some weight and get in shape?

I can’t see me getting married for a few years so I’ll always be saying ‘I’ve got ages yet’

Each and every day that passes by is a lost opportunity, live your life like today is all you will ever have. If not now when?

This is so very true. When young, your opportunities abound. Each day which you allow to to pass ignoring them extinguishes a few of them.

What is this “track” you speak of and why do you feel the need to be on it?
