Hello everyone,
I have a coach who does my nutrition, I have been losing weight at a good rate with him. I lost 2lb this week.
I had asked for a cheat meal as I was craving, I felt really guilty. I understand my relationship with food is bad. I was really feeling guilty and was stressed out.
The coach said the cheat meal was fine. I was still worried because I am losing weight but I dont this cheat meal to ruin it.
It was a small Dominos vegi volcano pizza, it was a small sized. I did not want to go overboard with it.
What do you guys think ?

I was only over my calories by 200 just to clarify that.0

I think you already know that 200 calories over is nothing. If not, you could go back and look at the multiple threads you have started about cheat days, where people have taken time to give you very thorough responses.5

Was this the Head Coach or the Assistant Coach?0

200 calories over your projected deficit? You would still be in a deficit.
200 calories over your estimated TDEE? Nothing to even blink at.2 -
What kind of coach? What are their credentials?0

his coaches credentials dont affect the response....
200 calories is NOTHING. Especially if your losing 2lb a week. Relax. Go read your old threads.2 -

Thanks for your input. Given his "guilt" and "bad relationship with food", I was curious who he was asking permission to "cheat" from. cheers.
I like context when replying to posts.2 -
OP: what's your BMR and TDEE? How many calories are you regularly eating?0

I feel like something like that every now and then is fine, maybe necessary, so we don't lose our minds. I just started eating better again, but a few days ago I ate a whopper from BK. No fries or soda. Just the whooper, no mayo. Felt like a cheat meal, but really wasn't because I didn't go over my daily calories. I'm planning to go out and enjoy some nice pho soon. Again, it will feel like a cheat meal, but won't really be.0
