Well, i use party parts to mark where I measure the tape.
Like, for my hips, I ALWAYS measure right above the thigh(Alot of people have the thighs that are round at the top, then goes flat where the hip bone is) As for my waist, one inch above my belly button. Arms, I measure right under the shoulder muscle when my arms out straight.
Thighs I Just measure at the biggest part....

Hope this helps you!! It is always easier if you have someone else assist you but I always take mine myself. Also, for my bust I measure 2 different places: across the nipple region like the video suggests as well as just under my breasts for the bra band size. Also, since I do this alone I always measure myself naked verses having to worry about having on the same clothes each time.

First, are your clothes fitting differently? With losing 40+ lbs I would imagine so!
Next, what are you using to try and take your measurements? Are you doing it same time of the day? Are you doing it yourself or having someone do it for you? And are you sure you are measuring at the same spot each time?
Lastly, We have a need measuring tape that is in it's on retractable holder and stays in a loop. It makes it really easy to slip the tape loop over whatever body part, hit the detaching button, and done!
  • thank you for the video im def gonna watch that, and yes I measure naked adn at the same time..
  • yes my clothes are fitting way different I have gone from a \size 10, 12 to a size 4, 6 in my jeans so I just know I have lost more inches then the measuring tape is telling me I think im just hitting different spots evertime maybe I will have my hubby help he will be so pleased!!
