1 year ago today I decided to make a change and started my weight loss journey. Since then I have lost 128lbs. Half way through I started lifting weights because I had started to feel weak. Now I continue to lift I get stronger and more muscular.
This year I have run 5k(3.2miles) in 25:57. Deadlifted 360lbs, squatted 260lbs, bench pressed 160lbs, overhead pressed 115lbs, did my first 2 pull ups and Chin ups unassisted, and many more.
My family has been amazingly supportive and a constant reminder why I did this. I want to around for them and teach them to make healthy life choices.
Now the obligatory before after.
