I'm tired of trying to do this on my own with just "virtual" support. Are there any middle-aged women living in Lexington, KY, who are interested in forming a workout and weight loss support group?

    I went to UK if that makes me close enough. :) I live in Henderson now. It would still be virtual though.

    I just moved from Lexington to Frankfort but I'm in Lexington 3-4 days a week. I would be interested if you were able to start a group.

    Wow! I've been out of touch for several weeks and missed all these posts. I'm still up for this. What would you like to do? We could do a virtual message board of some sort, meet monthly or weekly, and those who are nearby could get together to walk or work out.
